These terms cover the Tidepin website and tide information provided by Nitrosoft®. By using the service you agree to these terms and the privacy notice.

Tide predictions are not for navigation

Tide information is based on NOAA CO-OPS predictions. Actual water levels can differ because of weather, river flow and other conditions. Tidepin is not for navigation, emergency decisions or any use where inaccurate or unavailable information could cause injury or property damage. Check official nautical charts, forecasts and local authorities before making safety decisions.

Availability and accuracy

We aim to present useful information but do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, uninterrupted service or availability at every station. Cached information may be out of date. We may improve or change features over time.

Free and paid features

The website describes free features and planned Tidepin Pro features. Prices shown here are indicative USD prices, not an offer to purchase. Available features, the actual local price, billing period, renewal terms and any trial terms will be shown in the app before you subscribe. Purchases and cancellations will be handled through the relevant app store under its terms. No subscription is sold on this website.

Responsible use

Use the site lawfully. Do not submit abusive content, attempt unauthorized access or interfere with the service. The support form is for Tidepin questions and requests; do not include secrets or payment information.

Limits and your rights

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without warranties, and Nitrosoft® is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on predictions or service interruptions. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
